  • v0.4.8

The Cook & Crafter, Quartermaster and Mender roles have been merged into one Housekeeper. Hire one and they take on all three jobs for the same daily wage as before. Each job still has its own settings and task budget. The housekeepers have not yet been told their workload just tripled.

  • v0.4.8

Successions made before legacy stats existed have been backdated at the base 2% and added to the current generation of everyone affected. A late inheritance is still an inheritance.

  • v0.4.8

The Committee room is now open to Chairs and above, along with edicts and a classified briefing. Everyone can see the door; only some can open it.

  • v0.4.7

The Esoruh Code now shields standings from Chair up from prosecution. The gravest offences are excepted. The prosecutors' office declined to comment on the amendment.

  • v0.4.7

Standings from Chair up now carry Committee privileges. See the top-up page for details. The Committee, once again, declined to comment.

  • v0.4.7

Banquet EXP is now added on top of each player's own EXP multiplier. Even with a 2× booster you get 2.5× while a banquet runs. Good luck finding an empty seat now.

  • v0.4.7

Standings from Chair up now get more perks, step by step. See the standing table on the top-up page for details. The higher the seat, the finer the treatment.

  • v0.4.7

Succession traits have grown from 8 to 40, sorted into Constitution, Craft, Farming and Trade. New traits affect garb and tool wear, repair costs, watering, sales fees, travel costs and Wandering Merchant prices. Effects of the same kind add up to at most ±40%, and the full list is on the Rules page. Family trees just got a lot more to talk about.

  • v0.4.7

Succession now banks 2% of the stats grown in that generation as legacy stats. Legacy stats are not reduced by class changes, are added to the next generation's starting stats, and never exceed the caps. Each 5 promo points spent at succession raises the rate by 1 percentage point, up to 25 points (7%). The ancestors finally pull their weight.

  • v0.4.6

Industry gained by growing a town is now capped at 600 per town per day. Goods you bring and goods sent from the storehouse count together, and if you go over, you are told the most you can still bring. Even towns shouldn't overeat.

  • v0.4.6

Inheritance tax paid into the treasury now counts toward how much a nation can borrow with bonds. A nation with a 0% tax rate can sell bonds as long as inheritance tax came in. In exchange, no nation can borrow more than 84,000,000 gold. Inheritance tax is now part of a nation's credit.

  • v0.4.5

Each nation can now hold up to (number of nations − 2) alliances. When a king begins a new term (re-election included), all of that nation's alliances end and can be renewed right away. Current alliances end when each nation's first term ends. Friendship now comes with a term limit.

  • v0.4.5

The Esoruh index now moves only as much as typical players' wealth does. Its baseline had been set too low, so the index and house prices climbed 3% every day on their own; that is fixed. House prices can catch their breath.

  • v0.4.5

The market price used for growing towns and for tariffs is now set only by trades among many players; prices that spike on a handful of trades are left out. Prices are now decided by majority vote.

  • v0.4.5

If a payment result could not be confirmed right away, we now check with the payment provider again and add the cash automatically. While it is being checked, you will not be asked to pay again. One less surprise for your wallet.

  • v0.4.0

When you open a bundle or Lucky Box with no room in your bag, the item now goes to your storage on the Crafting Orders page, so bundles open even when an item is at its 99 limit. Bundles no longer ask your bag for permission.

  • v0.3.89

The cash shop now has a Forge Guarantee. While it is active, gear that burns on a failed enhancement can be picked and restored at the forge. The smith looks a little less sorry these days.

  • v0.3.89

The cash shop now has a Gear Pack Guarantee. If high tiers stay away from your gear packs for a long stretch, you get something back. Bad luck with boxes, better luck with your wallet.

  • v0.3.89

Cloud hunting no longer needs a pass. From level 5 anyone can start one for free: a free hunt fights once every 40 seconds, for up to 8 hours a day (one per IP). Passes and the trial still fight once every 10 seconds, as before, and when a pass or trial runs out the hunt carries on at free speed instead of stopping. Screen off, the blade keeps working — slowly, but it never stops.

  • v0.3.86

Breaking news now drops in briefly at the top of the screen on phones and tablets too. Only big news, at most one every two minutes, and a tap opens Live. Your thumb can stay right on the hunt button.

  • v0.3.85

On succession, your loadouts now carry over to the new generation, and your butler starts your class path again from the first step. New generation, same trusty notebook.

  • v0.3.84

Loadouts are now on the Gear tab of your bag. Save your current gear, skill and auto-eat setting in up to five loadouts and apply one in a single tap (free). No more digging through the bag every time you change.

  • v0.3.84

A Cook & Crafter, Mender, Gear & Skill Aide and Quartermaster have joined the Retainer Agency. Hire one per role to keep food and crafts stocked, repair work clothes and tools, apply a loadout after a class change, and restock potions. Item and repair costs are paid as usual. All the master has to do is hunt.

  • v0.3.84

A Retainer Agency has opened in town. Hire a butler for a daily wage and they will keep booking your next class change along the class path you set on the Self page. Your butler also appears on your citizen card. From now on, your butler knows your next class change before you do.

  • v0.3.83

The Esoruh Android app is now on Google Play in Korea. Log in with the same account to pick up where you left off, and get auto-hunt alerts as app notifications. The adventure now fits in your pocket.

  • v0.3.83

Even if your phone or PC is in dark mode, the game now shows Light mode until you pick a display mode. Devices where you already picked one stay as they are, and you can choose Dark mode or System default any time under Settings → Display mode. Adventurers who love the dark still have a seat waiting in Settings.

  • v0.3.83

Fixed Skill power options shrinking the damage cut of guard skills such as Hold and Raise the Wall. Higher Skill power now stacks a bigger cut per use, up to the 75% total. Polishing your shield no longer makes it thinner.

  • v0.3.83

Your current crit rate and crit damage now show under Power on the Self page. Stat effects breaks them down by base, gear and potion and adds up the options on your equipped gear, and the odds page now lists the base crit rate and damage too. Dagger fans who swore it "feels crittier" can finally prove it with numbers.

  • v0.3.83

When posting a nation order or production aid, each meal now shows its making cost and each recipe shows how many citizens can make it right now. Orders priced below the making cost, and aid for recipes no citizen can make, can no longer be posted. The treasury that kept guarding an empty delivery desk finally gets to clock out.

  • v0.3.79

You can now pick mobile phone as the payment method when charging cash. Left your wallet at home? No problem.
