Chapter 1The Beginning and the End

1. 1In the tenth month, on the fifteenth day, at evening, 쭈꾸미 searched out the Wildflower Wreath, and at the end thereof it was written, “It was an offering at the water’s edge”
2. 2And afterward 쭈꾸미 fulfilled the goals that were set: “First Investigation”, “Another Ending”
3. 3쭈꾸미 searched out the Old Tower Bell, and at the end thereof it was written, “It called the two lands to gather”
4. 4쭈꾸미 searched out the Castellan's Signet, and at the end thereof it was written, “The castellan entrusted the ring to another”
5. 5And 쭈꾸미 set a goal, “Every Investigation,” and fulfilled it

The days of one generation are ended, yet the name remaineth with the one that followeth
