Chapter 1The Beginning and the End
- In the tenth month, on the fifteenth day, in the morning, 천마 took up both the house and the name of 천마 of generation 12, and became generation 13
- And afterward 천마 learned all the ways of Novice, Swordsman, Swordlord, Blade Saint, Last Fencer, Mage, Sorcerer, Spirit Caller, Sage, Archer, Tracker, Sniper, Prowler, Spy, Shade, Fist Monk, and at the last became Fist Master
- And on the morrow, at dawn, 천마 learned all the ways of Fist Master, Fist King, Acolyte, High Priest, Saint, Spearman, Lancer, Ironclad, Spellblade, Darkblade, Tyrant Blade, Holyblade, and at the last became Guardian
- And on the morrow, at dawn, 천마 learned all the ways of Guardian, Berserker, General, and at the last became Grandmaster
- And when it was morning, 천마 gave both name and way unto 천마 of generation 14, and the days of 천마 were ended
The days of one generation are ended, yet the name remaineth with the one that followeth
